45-65 days, medium green cut leaf, 35-55 cm tops, uniform 15 cm smooth white globes, best at 8-10 cm, sweet mild fine grained white flesh, purplish red above ground and white below, widely used for market and home, large tops make good greens, bears longer than most, good condition until quite large, stores well.
